IntEnz import module
Application to import cross references from external databases:
- UniProt-SwissProt_ xrefs are retrieved from Kraken
using the remoting API.
DE lines are searched in SwissProt for active EC numbers in IntEnz.
- GO: xrefs are retrieved from GO schema tables, where a
cross reference to the EC classification exists.
The import is done usually just before every IntEnz release, roughly every
month.
