Overview
The purpose of this sub-project is to identify code that is re-used in
our various biobabel projects and to prevent redundancy aswell as high
maintenance overhead.
BIOBABEL Project Source Code
This repository contains source code and documents that are reused
throughout other biobabel projects.
Programming notes
All source code checked in should compile as maven is used to compile and
generate jar files used by the various projects.
In addition each class should have its corresponding test cases where that
is feasible.
Maven
This project runs on Maven development tool. All javadoc, code compilation
and test cases will be run from the Maven development tool.
